lisalou19 I don’t even understand the mention of seller responsiveness, you purchased, I sent earliest possible. That’s how this transaction took place, you never asked me any questions that required response. And lastly, cleanliness of item. These boots were perfectly clean aside from staining on the soles which was depicted in photos.

jazmo5020 @angelica_coco Hi! You purchased the blue Ostrich boots from me. I do not understand your comment and the low rating you gave. As indicated in the description my items come from a pet-free & smoke-free home. I packed and shipped the boots in a new USPS box wrapping the boots in brand new tissue paper. I would really appreciate an explanation for your comments. Thanks

angelica_coco @jazmo5020 as soon as I opened the package I could smell the cigarettes and I thought the funny cat smell could just be the leather but a bag this used should have such a strong order. The cigarette smell was obvious. I’m trying to make it smell better bc I don’t want to put things inside of it bc then my stuff will smell too . I still like the bag just disappointed.
