love8487 hi, I think that's very unfair for you to leave me a 1 star rating just because something doesn't fit you. it says size small so I post it as a size small. if you needed measurements you should have asked . I only received $1.05 for that skirt and for you to do that was just really not fair. I ask you to reconsider your rating .
