alliewu @angielicous This is what I found out just searching around: If your order was cancelled on the same day as it was originally placed, it was likely voided before it was processed, which means you were neither charged nor refunded. If you do not see your refund within 1 full billing cycle, please check to see if you were charged in the first place.
