Hi, I am not sure how to reach out privately as I am a new seller on Poshmark. I am happy to send you a return shipping label for the boots and refund your money. I had not seen any scratch on the toe of the boots (obviously I need to inspect more carefully), but I would never want an unhappy customer or to falsely advertise an item. I will contact poshmark support to find out how to go about getting this taken care of.
