collyscloset @angiessecret24 😌Bummer...Smallest Sweater I have that fits pretty much true to size Right now 🙄is about 19 1/4"...I will measure some of the others that I have when I get home later😘Thank You I still ❤️it....SO BEAUTIFUL😍💜

angiessecret24 @collyscloset hi again lol yes it does have stretch. I posted another pic. The first pic I just layed it down and smoothed it to measure. The last pic I slightly stretched it and it stayed. I believe it will fit you but I totally understand if you don’t want to chance it.
