angieadore @bombshell40 hi, I do have a question. I emailed Posh but they haven't replied. I bought a purse from someone and they hid some major damage to it so I'm shipping it back. Can I ship it in a small box or does it have to be an envelope? And can I put it in a USPS Dropbox or my mail box? Thank you so much, in advance!

westmittenco @angieadore You'll have to file a claim with Posh - you can't just send it back without authorization from Posh. After you file the claim and state that the item wasn't received as described, they will contact the seller and then they will decide if you are able to return it. They will send you a pre-paid label to send it back to the seller at that point.

westmittenco @angieadore I wouldn't send anything back to the seller without going through Posh, because they can't refund you for the item unless you go through them!

angieadore @bombshell40 Oh, I didn't explain clearly but I filed a claim and it was approved. They emailed me a label but never explained what type of box to use. I figured it out at the post office though. Thank you for your reply.

angieadore @smstof52 an apology isn’t what I’m looking for. I’m looking for action. It shouldn’t take this long. You’ve said a lot of really rude and snarky things. From the get-go, you said to me that you refuse to send the purse. It’s totally fine not to send your item but the way you talk is overboard. This was your mistake and you’ve done literally nothing to rectify it. I’m sure there’s a way you can cancel the order and it shouldn’t be my burden to bear.
