dawndoindeals Hi I want to apologize about the shoes you just received. I honestly had no intention to mislead and did not notice the things you mention. I live in a smoke-free home and while I do source many of my items from Estate and moving sales I intentionally never buy from a house that smells like smoke.

dawndoindeals I’ve been online researching how I can possibly get you your money back. But it seems that since you’ve accepted the item it becomes a little more difficult. Please see this information that I found online and I think you still have the possibility to get your money back… i’m just not sure how to initiate it on my end or if I can.
