kfdc @pug7886 - Would you please advise as to whether or not you received the Gucci purse delivered to you on 9/22/17? If so, could you please accept it so that I can receive my funds?

pug7886 @kfdc unfortunately, I am unable to accept the purse at this time ( per directions from Psh) due to it arriving damaged. The handle is broken off and the purse is not usable. I am working with their staff at this time. They approved and packaged to purse, so they have some responsibility.

pug7886 @kfdc I have been away from home. Tomorrow I send them a picture of it and they will tell me what to do next. Something happened in transport. The bamboo handle lost the screw and rod, leaving the handle useless. The purse is beautiful, but you can't use it do to the rod missing or broken off in transport. I will keep you informed

kfdc @pug7886 - Thank you. It really was a beautiful purse. I'm sorry to hear that this transaction went so poorly. Hopefully Posh can resolve to both of our satisfaction. I have been using the site for a year and a half. This is the first real issue I've had. They have been non-responsive to me thus far. I will let you know what I here as well.
