lacrique @shandov7 I was in vacation for the holiday with my grandchildren and don't have service, no need to be snippy. I have had them in my store for months. I am not shady, my store wasn't even open over the holiday. God bless you!

shandov7 @lacrique I am not snippy! And God bless you too. Hope you had a wonderful vacation. There is a place to let people know when you are gone on Poshmark that way no one tries to purchase items while you are out of town. I had to do that a couple weeks ago. They were lovely shoes🙂

djg2016 Hi !! I see you purchased my keto/os products:) I am not a promoter, but I use these products and have a lot of the product. Are you familiar with pruvit? They do suggest of you are trying it for the first time to do a 1/2 packet and drink 12oz. Of water before use. I did 1/2 packet for the first couple of days and then after the third or fourth day which ever u prefer u can go to a full packet. Some of these are charged which is equivalent to 1 cup of coffee.
