@kristinian Hi my heart❤️hurt my back this past Thursday & it got worse to the point spasm were extremely painful & I was taken by ambulance to hospital. MRI showed no break etc but I have infection going on. Finally up with physical therapy help today. Ty for your thoughts & prayers. Can’t wait to see my shoes 𗁹𗁹. Hugs hugs hugs🤗

I have seen inexpensive ones online. A another company elixa in nm has them. Check in with holistic health care folks- they may have pads at chiropractic office. Work with your docs. They may use them at ur physical therapy
