angiehang I just received the sweater today. It was described as New but it arrived as worn with hairs and stuffs that stuck in after wash. It's not as it was decribed.

thegetfitnurse Hi, I just wanted to let you know, I was packing up the Max Studio dress to send out to you today, and I noticed a white mark that looks like a deodorant mark. I can send to you as is today or I can clean it first and send it out tomorrow. Which do you prefer? It’s hand wash, hang dry if you want me to send as is and you can clean it yourself. But I also don’t mind cleaning it first. It’s been hanging in my closet for awhile! Let me know!

thegetfitnurse @angiehang when I didn’t hear back from you right away, I remembered that I have a special cloth for removing deodorant marks and I was able to remove the marks. The dress was NWOT, I never wore it so I never noticed the mark, but sometimes it is just from someone trying it on in the store. Anyway, I was able to clean it and give it to the mailman so it should start tracking soon! 💙💙💙
