777stylist I am sorry that KS told you it was bent. I assure you it is as it should be as the druzy stones are made to lay on the wrist at an angle. The bracelet was purchased as it is and was hardly worn. I can not figure out why they would tell you incorrect information. The metal is so hard I couldn’t bend it if I tried. I provided more pictures and shipped right away and was happy to answer any questions you have. I wish your review reflected that.
