I am sorry if this isn't where I'm supposed to contact you. you had purchased a champagne colored coach purse from me. my daughter was helping use My new thermal printer and must have printed 2 labels for a lady that purchased a case from me so when I counted them at the end I didn't double check the items with the labels and the purse was sent to another lady. I am so sorry I am fairly new at this so I'm not sure what to do that would be the fastest. I contacted posh support

@darklily sorry I have no idea to see these msgs unless I really going exploring threw this app. Yes I heard from poshmark and that said they were going to send the lady that received the purse a pre paid shipping label so that lady can ship straight to you, and this was 2 days ago my guess is that this will not go out until today. again I am so sorry
