foresttreasures It is very exciting to build a new home, but a long & trying experience. We did it in '94-'95 in Ft Myers, FL. Never again. We are from Philly & were still living there when the project began. We did adore that that house once it was completed, & lived there 17 yrs. Now we have been in the western NC mountains & absolutely LOVE living here in the forest. Here's hoping you LOVE your new home too! :) Cindy

downsizincloset @foresttreasures yes I certainly understand living in the woods. we are tucked back in the woods now with a half mile driveway, neighbors are turkey, deer and bear. Our new home will also be tucked in the woods, just much smaller! happy 4th fellow posher😉🎆
