boujeebeautyy @angieqc22 you did. my boyfriend noticed the wax stamp, and everything was wrapped (as it was all hard to peel off everything) but it doesn't matter how good you pack it if your package is handled like it's a toy. I said in the convo that I don't think it should fall on you, and that it's apparent that it was meticulously packed, but again if the people carrying it along the way don't handle with care. I've never had this happen before
