kissesfromyadi Hi! I didn’t know how to contact you other than leave a comment here. The Usps box was badly broken/torn with only plastic bubble inside. Not sure what to do but I filled out a form online with poshmark. I have pictures of it inside my apartment hub/mail locker system. Idk if you could use that to claim with USPS?

kissesfromyadi @aniaohare yes but it seemed to be an automated response since it said for me to claim an item “not as described”. I explained the situation again. We’ll see what they respond now.

kissesfromyadi @aniaohare yeah it basically said it was rejected bc of missing images and I had to submit another contact form. I don’t think actual humans are reading what the issue is. Sort of like everything has an out images response and probably why I was instructed to submit a “not as described “ claim even while repeatedly clarifying that was not the issue. Any contact at Poshmark you might have that might help?
