kissesfromyadi Hi! I didn’t know how to contact you other than leave a comment here. The Usps box was badly broken/torn with only plastic bubble inside. Not sure what to do but I filled out a form online with poshmark. I have pictures of it inside my apartment hub/mail locker system. Idk if you could use that to claim with USPS?

kissesfromyadi @aniaohare yes but it seemed to be an automated response since it said for me to claim an item “not as described”. I explained the situation again. We’ll see what they respond now.

kissesfromyadi @aniaohare yeah :/ i love that bag recently sent mine in for repair at Tumi and they responded with that it was cosmetic damage so was glad to find it here since it’s sold out now :/

kissesfromyadi @aniaohare yeah it basically said it was rejected bc of missing images and I had to submit another contact form. I don’t think actual humans are reading what the issue is. Sort of like everything has an out images response and probably why I was instructed to submit a “not as described “ claim even while repeatedly clarifying that was not the issue. Any contact at Poshmark you might have that might help?

kissesfromyadi @aniaohare they finally responded yesterday and ended up apologizing and refunding the money thank God!! Thank you so much for checking in! I honestly appreciate how responsive and on top of this you were:/ if you have another bag which I doubt I’m in the search for it again!
