claudebonsoir Hello, I purchased the Bunnysutra Swatch. It is keeping time but the Touch function is not working properly. When you tap on the watch, the hour and minute hands are supposed to meet at the 12:00 position and then move together to a second position. The hands do not meet at 12:00 or move together to a second Bunyysutra position. I can send a video if you can send an email address. Thank you.

claudebonsoir I was not sure if this is the best way to communicate. I love the Swatch and it does keep time but the Touch function is a problem. I am trying to get help from Swatch. I will get back to you.

claudebonsoir Some good news. The Swatch can be returned to original factory settings. I don’t want to risk damaging the Swatch so I do not want to try this. I can send the watch to Swatch collector friend in Ohio and she can do the reset. USPS will cost $18.00 - $20.00 for postage to and from Ohio. Would you split the cost ?
