kiss666 @anissa1214 ok, don’t worry you’ll get your money back; when you submit reason for return as item not being authentic Poshmark will give you shipping label to return to them for inspection and they will inspect themselves, as long as you tell them item is fake and they will destroy it so no one else can get fooled by that seller, however if you ask for return for any other reasons and seller accepts it poshmark will ship it back to seller and she will try to sell them to someone else...

kiss666 @anissa1214 ha! Of course she does so they don’t get destroyed and she can sell them to someone else.... try to talk to poshmark and make them hear you and send it to them... tell them you will report them to official Louboutin store for supporting selling fakes!

tiffcake @kiss666 I don’t think we can force it. From my experience intentionally buying fakes for $500+ to ensure the shoes go to headquarters, they first reach out to seller to request seller reimburses them for the shipping & also pay for the return shipping—posh suspends them temporarily & then reinstated them if they pay. If they don’t pay, they stay suspended (& I assume posh destroys the fake)

tiffcake @kiss666 if the sale wasn’t $500+ (didn’t go through concierge/headquarters) then I’m not sure what happens to be completely honest. I’ve never bought a fake that way. But if buyer needs help forcing the return I’ve helped other ppl “negotiate”

tiffcake (For many items, posh contracts an outside service that authenticates using photos they take @ headquarters when they arrive—they didn’t use in-house authenticators in the past but I’m not sure if that’s still true) so you can provide the photos they would use for authentication. The contractor they’ve used in the past (or one of them—not sure if there’s multiple) is called “authenticate first”

tiffcake @anissa1214 don’t do anything until posh gives you the label. They will decide whether it should be sent back to seller or to their headquarters for inspection. If you pay for your own label to ship it back, posh may not reimburse you (it’s also more expensive to ship same method directly through USPS w/out posh’s pricing). Usually when you open a case there’s a private area where you state the problem & attach photos.

tiffcake So make sure you state the return is due to authenticity & attach the necessary photos. I can tag you to show you the kinds of photos that are needed. They’re straight on shots of the shoes on level surface from various angles. Some overall shots without any parts cut off and some zooms of details like stamps/tags etc

tiffcake If the problem seller is that shopperwhatever above, all 3 pairs of louboutin heels/boots are fake so I wouldn’t hold my breath on the sneakers (I don’t know anything about CL sneakers but I know someone that DOES that I can ask on your behalf)
