Hey, I just got the leggings today, they are covered in pet hair and smell like smoke. What’s up with that? I thought they would be in good condition since you said they were NWT? If I would’ve known the condition they are in, I would not have purchased them.

@sophiemchll I do not smoke so I have no idea why they would smell like smoke. The box I used had to of had the pet hair in it. I am so so so sorry. I promise when I placed them in the box they were perfect and as described. I am truly sorry.

@sophiemchll I am so incredibly embarrassed about this. They are brand new and NWT No one smokes in the home so I have no idea at all why they would smell like smoke. I do have one pet. I inspected them before and they had nothing on them. I have never sold anything so this is a huge lesson learned. I am so very sorry. I feel terrible.

@ninamaple I’d really like to return them to you, and can do so ASAP. Regardless of why the hair is on them or they smell like smoke- That’s not in new condition. I purchased thinking they would be new. Thanks for the response and apology, but I’d like to return them.
