Hi, Anita. Posh support replied back. Asking thst we wait till the 24th, there can be delays for many reasons. Asked if i could go to post office. My husband mailed the shoes via his mailman at his business, the rest is a mystery. I take full blame.They asked about shipping label, if i mailed to wrong person, different scenarios. The address that was in system, is what was used.I asked that this be cancelled. I will take pics when the light of day comes. So sorry.
