murclur11 Hi. You gave me 3 stars so I want to follow up. I apologized to you for any inconvenience and offered to take the coat back but you refused and wanted to keep it. Then you go onto Poshmark and trash me with a bad rating. Until you I consistently had 5 stars - many thanks; I really appreciate that and having to rebuild my reputation. Again, I’m sorry for the misunderstanding but you still got a great coat for a really cheap price. Enjoy.
