mctocco @anitagray311 Anita, mailed it this afternoon. That's when I noticed your in Portland, too! About the top: if it is roomier than you wanted, wash it on delicate and dryer dry it on low. It will pull up. If, on the other hand, you want it to be longer or wider, then it will stretch if you iron it with a low iron. I hope you like it when you get it. Let me know!
