In the future you might want to list all pertinent information. Just like you didn’t mention the $15.00 screen protector. If I was selling anything that required and normally comes with a charger I would definitely list that it does not come with! There was not a misunderstanding on my part as I trust that you would tell me that prior to accepting my offer. And you didn’t negotiate the price if you truly wanted your asking price you wouldn’t have lowered the price.

@simpson319 you would benefit in learning that you can decline or counter instead of attempting to alienate a customer. Professional may not be ur vocabulary and being rude is a harsh way to treat a potential customer. Maybe take some courses business, customer service, and not being ignorant!

You know that your package might be a little delayed. We had a pretty nasty ice storm on Thurs/Fri so they never picked up your package yesterday. I’ve sent it out again but I’m sure since it’s so late now they probably won’t ship it out today and tomorrow is Sunday 😔.
