As my mother fell deeper into Alzheimers' darkness, we switched from shopping at mainstream stores to thrift shops. We found the staff and customers to be friendly and it was fun because she could buy whatever she wanted. She has had a lifelong passion for shopping so it was great to carry on our tradition of doing it together. I discovered what fun it is to find mid to high ends brands for a few dollars. My shop is a mix of carefully selected thrift store treasures and my own clothing. Enjoy!
