Hi 💕 Thank you so much for your purchase ! I went to 2 different post office today(had 2 other packages to send already) but they all closed today (not sure if it's like some other stores around here due to covid or because of the long weekend ,but they are closed tomorrow too due to holiday as well ...) So I'll go back on tuesday ,It's all Packed and ready to ship already... Have a great weekend :)

Hello Anita .I feel super Bad and I am panicking right now but I have a baby Bunny at home who sneaked in the room Where my packages Where and she loves cardboard so obviously she had a lot of fun with yours and was able to scratch the soles of the shoes with her teeth.It looks like a bit of Wear and mostly on one shoe but still ! I feel awful , ..

I added every additional flaws she caused in the photos in the New Bundle just for you to see cause otherwise it was all shown in original photos how it was before Bunny attack .I just wanted to make sure with you that way it Can still ship tomorrow .I never had to cancel an order before but the way poshmark works is that they don't pays seller until the order was received and accepted by the buyer so they are holding your money.

@gozie2008 If I cancel,I think they will transfer your payment back in your balance so After you Can either use it here or redeem it as money (that's how sellers are paid si should be the same for you) . I would cancel and make a New offer After to you directly , that would be the easiest and fastest way if you are confortable .Otherwise I'd have to send them an email to support but we won't get an answer tonight ...

Good morning Anita , I sent a message to Poshmark support already to make sure on how long the process for refund is and if it's gonna be on your original form of payment (like on your credit card directly) or if it's credited in your account as a credit. I read online that it is usually 2 days to process refunds and on original card but I want to make sure since poshmark are the ones dealing with the funds . I'm waiting for their email and will get back to you♥️

@gozie2008 Hey ♥️ Poshmark support just answered and Said not to worry as they proceed with refund to buyer as soon as an orders are cancelled by the seller.They didn't give more details to sellers for refund and advised me that you can contact them directly for further informations if you have more questions but from what I know ,Banks usually takes 2-3 business days After redeeming on poshmark.Your package was dropped to post office today before it closed ,it's pending shipment status💕
