ladytavora @missanjdev I saw your comment about switching scarves. Cancel the first order you placed and then buy the scarf you really wanted. To cancel an order, follow these steps: “To cancel an order, please go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting Order Delayed and a full refund will be issued to you.”

asir35 If I had noticed it, I would have addressed it. It was sitting in my closet for a year and. The bag must have gotten shuffled around. How bad is it? When I packed it, I didn’t see any flaws. Feel free to return.

missanjdev @asir35 The box it was shipped in was dented so, maybe it's happened during shipping, which wasn't under your control. I really wanted the purse so, I'm happy to have it. Thank you.

missanjdev @asir35 I don't have proof that it happened during shipping.. I said it as a possibility but it doesn't make sense how that would cause stitching to come out.. It was also protected with stuffing you put in... I gave my honest review since I paid full price.

missanjdev @asir35 You come off as demanding and rude because you just care about your reviews to make more sales. It feels like you don't care about the customer's satisfaction on your item. Don't tell me what to accept nor do because that's my choice since I paid full price for your item. I never had an issue on here, I always leave good reviews, and had good communication with sellers. I don't appreciate being harassed on changing an honest review.
