anjiluce79 @renewedlove On one side, where it was either connected, or is supposed to connect, it isn't. I see where you posted with it on. I was trying to figure out how to put it on for the longest time, until I saw that piece broken off. It wasn't a personal attack against you, but since it wasn't stated in the listing, I figured it was just overlooked? I can post a picture of what I'm talking about, in my closet, if you'd like?

jamiegiesler I wish you would have contacted directly about your unhappiness with the coat. I had no idea about the holes and am truly sorry. I spent over an hour with a lent roller and actually used my fingers. Had you reached out to me specifically I would have worked with you to get a refund or an item on sale/free shipping. In the further, you may want to write your review and find the seller.

anjiluce79 @jamiegiesler I'm sorry if you feel I was unfair. When I first got it, it was dirty, but I figured for the price I got it for, I couldn't really complain. I would have reached out, but we're in the middle of a move, and I don't have time to fool with labels and shipping things out. And to be perfectly frank, I shouldn't have to feel bad about being honest.
