2ndhand_sweetie Ankita, I’m so sorry the tank doesn’t fit. I’m at a loss because I’ve never not measured something inaccurately. I measure all things the same way consistently. To be 3 entire inches off is baffling to me. If I can correct this I will but I’m unsure how to. Since you didn’t open a case within 3 days of receiving the item, there’s no way for Posh to send you a label in order to return the item and obtain a refund. If you have any ideas please let me know and I’ll be happy to accommodate. Thanks

Well actually, I did not receive the product, it was in my building's concereige so they mail me when the product is there for pickup. I actually, did go to them after poshmark's notification, but they said there were no packages so I thought may be it will arrive later

ankionthemove @2ndhand_sweetie . I should have raised as issue on delivery, however I think it was my concereige mistake to hand it to me just today. I also wouldn't know what to do because we are past 3 day period. I am awaiting poshmark's response to this.

2ndhand_sweetie @ankionthemove I received $6.05 for the item so for me to buy it back I don’t know how that would be an even exchange since you paid $9 plus shipping. The best way for you to recoup what you paid would be to sell it directly. Let’s see what they say and then go from there.

I have requested Poshmark for accidental purchase since this hasn't been shipped yet but would it be possible for you to cancel it from your end too. I wanted to show it to their mom before I could buy it for her. If you could help in any way, that'll be great. I love your collection but since this was for gifting n my mobile was open the kids seem to have clicked the button.
