Very concerned buyer purchased item, never asked any questions, purchased item, never replied to any tags, received item, opened a not as described case, still doesn't reply to tags, buyer has no listings in closet, I'm scared I will get defrauded again...

I am not trying to defraud you. I am waiting to hear the outcome of the case review. I am an earnest buyer, brand new to this website, and this is my first and only purchase. I am just following the instructions that, if purchase is not representative of how it was described, I make that selection and state my case, which I did with photos.

I have no idea where that goes or who sees it on the other end. I am willing to return the item once I'm instructed to do so. If I am misunderstanding the procedure, please let me know. I admit I do not know what "tags" are, but if it refers to not responding, it wasn't intentional on my part. I only just saw your comments right now. The bag is in the original dust bag and shipment box ready to return when I know how. Sincerely, Ann
