carojuju Hey there! I purchased the Clark clogs from you back in August. I still haven't received them... argh. Northampton to Burlington VT Priority mail shouldn't have taken more than a couple of days max! I tracked, but no updates since Sept. 10th. I'm wondering if I should file a claim? Pain in the butt! Or do you file the insurance claim? Let me know- this is my first time buying via Poshmark and can't find any customer service on their site! Thanks!

catamarannie @carojuju Hi!!! I was going to ask you if you were away and they weren't able to deliver!!! So annoying!! It says it's been in Burlington since the 7th!!! I think it's best if under Purchases you choose "Order Inquiry" then "Order Not Delivered" and we can go from there? Sorry about this! The shoes are amazing!! :(
