Wow...sorry you were so disappointed in your purchase. I do realize the packaging was lacking pizazz but I was all out of tissue paper, glitter and bows. I guess I was more concerned with you getting your item in a timely manner than the presentation of a cardboard box. And as far as sizing goes...can't help that. I didn't make it nor label it. I actually thought it fit perfectly for a 22/24.
