cureluvkatz @ellecookie hi, there - the eyeliner twist part doesnt work right. It advanced it up but won't go back down or up now and its too high to use - it will just break off. I thought it was new in box? They say they can't refund. I'm disappointed because this is the only item that I really wanted and needed. I'm almost out of my current one . 😔
