lydstur You purchased my purse and was aware it needed cleaning on the inside. Can you tell me why you opened the case without contacting me first?

pilatesrny @lydstur I am so sorry. This was only my 2nd purchase and I have not personally posted anything so am not familiar with the protocol. My intention was not to request a refund but to note that the accessory pouch was missing and the strap was agreed really worn. I thought there was some negotiation possible. I apologize if I have inadvertently created a situation.

lydstur Would you agree to a $20 refund? I paid a lot for the purse. And it's still in pretty good condition. Would you be willing to do that? If so, can you let me and posh know so they don't go through a whole investigation. Much appreciated.
