It looks as if you may have received a pair of jeans that was supposed to go to someone else and she received your top. I am so sorry! Could you notify Posh so they can send you an address label to send to her so she can send you your top? Again I am so sorry that happened!

deerest3 @sassy_susie do you happen to have any info re: the shirt I purchased? I sent the jeans out last week but haven’t received the top. I noticed the shipping label I was instructed to print had your name on it so wondered if the you were notified when it was shipped and maybe knew what was going on with the shirt. Thanks!!

shop_with_susie @deerest3 I see the tracking number where you sent the jeans and it shows received, I don't see a tracking number for the shirt yet so I reached out to the other buyer and left her a message inquiring about it. As soon as I hear I will let you know as soon as possible! So sorry for all this inconvenience!

deerest3 @sassy_susie I’m upset - Poshmark cancelled the order. So I missed out on the shirt, which i was really looking forward to. What a bummer! If you do hear back from the person who has it, I’d still buy it ☹️

shop_with_susie @deerest3 So sorry! The other person said they had not received a shipping label or the jeans so I got an email this afternoon from Posh saying they cancelled all transactions and refunded everybody's money since the item in question was never returned. 😣

deerest3 @sassy_susie that’s crazy because I absolutely sent the jeans, which was not an easy task sandwiched between holidays, snowstorms and 3 kids. Looks like the recipient was the lucky one in this case - 2 items for free. I’m sorry you lost money. I wish Poshmark had a better way of tracking these sorts of mix-ups because they’d be able to see what was going on rather than leaving it to us to figure it out.

I had my sister take the package to the post office and I am nervous she may have placed the wrong shipping label on it even though I had emailed her yours.... I am trying to figure out the information of my previous buyer to see if there was any way we shipped it to them, but it seems that USPS wouldn't have accepted it if that was

perryhamm the case, because the tracking would have already been used, if that makes sense. I entered the tracking number and it says "awaiting shipment"... I am honestly very confused as to what could have happened, and I am so incredibly sorry about the delay/confusion. I am trying to figure it out as soon as possible and will update you immediately when I have any information. I am so sorry!!

deerest3 @perryhamm When did she drop them off at the post office? I ask because something similar once happened to me - the package took days to start tracking. I even called the post office bc I was afraid they lost the box somehow. I’m in MA and weirdly it started tracking in NH (not the destination state.) Eventually it made it. Anyway, no problem, this stuff happens. Keep me posted! Thanks!

perryhamm @deerest3 she shipped Tuesday... which just seems so long ago. I guess I will give it a couple more days and see if any updates but I don’t understand how this could happen! So weird that you’ve had a similar experience. Will absolutely keep you posted, and will likely reach out to post office tomorrow if still nothing. So sorry again!!!

perryhamm @deerest3 alright, ive called all the post offices, called the two other buyers, waited something to come back to my house... nothing. I guess I just have to cancel the order (or do you do that?) and you will get your money back? I am so incredibly sorry. If they somehow magically appear or I am able to track them down, I will let you know. Deepest apologies again, but I don't want to leave you hanging -- paying for something you're not receiving :(

deerest3 @perryhamm I received an email from Poshmark today telling me that they were sent to the wrong buyer. I’m surprised they didn’t tell you! Apparently it was shipped to one of your past buyers and they’ve sent her a label to send them to me. I’ll keep you posted.
