jessie_stardust Ann, I’m saddened to learn you were disappointed with your items. I want to clarify - you wrote the pants had pulls in them, but my description clearly stated the condition. I also provided close up photos of the pants showing the pulls. The dress was NWT & it’s not my fault the dress didn’t fit. I listed the size on the tag. I’m an honest seller & always strive for customer satisfaction. I don’t think it’s fair of you to give me such a low rating, when the facts were stated in my listings 😞

jessie_stardust Hi Ann, thanks for your response! Poshmark is a bit tricky and I completely understand how an item description could be missed in the bundle process. I’m so glad you like the LOFT dress - I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it 😊 And the floral dress is also super pretty so hopefully you can get it altered! I think buyers can edit their rating through the app within 30 days of purchase, but if you can’t find it, no worries!

mocrawford1 Good afternoon. I see where you had received your package and were happy with your shoes and the condition but rated my product as a 3 star. I’m unsure why you had to pay the post office $2.80 to the post office. You mentioned packaging, was something wrong with the package when it arrived to you? I had bubble pack and tissue paper in the box to protect your purchase. You paid for shipping to the address provide And I discounted shipping to 4.99.

mocrawford1 I work really hard to make sure my customers are satisfied with their purchase and are satisfied with my packaging as well. The rating is a direct reflection on my closet items and how they are presented to you as the buyer. I do not have control of why the post office charged you an additional fee. And I am curious as to why you were charged.

granmaannie @mocrawford1 I have no idea why they were charged 2.80 but I had to go to go to the po and pick them up. I was a problem for me because I had to have someone else go pick it up as I couldn’t leave the house
