Hi Anne, you need to accept the sweater and give a rating or Posh won’t release funds. Also I would be happy to take the sweater back. Just mail it back to me. I will have to deduct the 20% Posh takes but want you to be satisfied. I should have given you arm measurements. Please let me know one way or another so we can close this purchase. Thanks Holly
