april2107 Could you provide some details as how the shipping or packaging was deficient? I shipped the very next day after your offer and it arrived to you in 2 days, wrapped with a bow in a larger box with tissue paper and free vanilla scented dryer balls as an extra thank you. I’m quite upset about this rating and intend to resolve this matter ASAP. As for seller responsiveness, you offered, I counter offered, and you accepted within a matter of minutes. A shipped with 24 hours.

annsigrid @april2107 hi sorry, for the confusion. I purchased that sunglasses for my niece and she was the one who gave you the rating. She meant everything went well and she was so happy for that buy and was pleased with the packaging and timely delivery. I hope this clarify everything.
