aconate @joyryde2 I’m still waiting for a response from Poshmark. I’m stuck in what to do. The buyer of the shoes has not responded to my messages regarding the mix up. Poshmark sent a message stating I needed to send the shoes. So bizarre, thought I’d get a quicker answer. Again, thank you for your patience and support. Ann

jodisjewelry Hello, I noticed you are new. I’d be glad to help mentor you, especially in the area of how to rate your purchases. Poshmark encourages the seller to ship within 3 BUSINESS days, bc they can’t control the hours the post office is open. It is really hurtful to everyone to leave a less than perfect rating when a package purchased after Thursday evening is received early the following week, unless one expects same day shipping or hand delivery.

jodisjewelry Also, not all shipping labels from Poshmark are day, some of their labels are 3 day shipping labels, so a package purchased on Friday eve to be delivered on Tues is not a reason to take a star away from the seller’s rating and claim shipping time is the reason. That is extremely petty and it can earn you a bad reputation as a buyer. Put yourself in the sellers shoes. If you did everything you possibly could and even sent a free gift, wouldn’t you appreciate a 5 star rating for your effort.
