Can I please ask... what could be improved with the brand new with tags, unused, carefully wrapped bag and free gift you received??? Seriously? If THAT was not worth a five star rating, please send it back right away. Thank you.

@poshladyj9 There were scratches and the Spartina emblem on the bag that was not disclosed in the description. That was the only reason I gave four stars.
