lm0824 Hi! I’m waiting to accept the trousers but for some odd reason, they are severely late :/ I called usps to get some insight as to what happened (totally not your fault) but my local usps has closed the case because the package is in limbo from where it was sent. Just wanted to give you the heads up and looking forward to our transaction

ngtran4212 @lm0824 omg that’s horrible! I’m so sorry! Yeah I got the notification from usps that it was arriving late but idk why it’s still stuck. Could you send a screenshot of the usps delayed shipment notification to posh support? I think they will refund both of us once it’s declared a missing package
