mamiejules Hi! I believe that we’ve both recently sold items to a hijacked account. I’m having issues getting the shipping label manually. It keeps saying that the buyer needs to update their shipping address. I did finally get a shipping label emailed to me but I had to download it and it didn’t look right. After reading the other messages, I’m pretty sure it’s a bad account. Don’t mail the item until you’ve had the chance to authenticate the account with Poshmark.
