unseakat @chanbrey Hi Anna - I saw you message and I SOO appreciate your graciousness! If you want to go ahead and leave the case open until your mom can take a look, I am absolutely fine with that. That way, if for whatever reason your mom cannot fix them, you can still return them. Again, I am really sorry! I’m glad you love them other than the zipper issue. They are so cute but never fit me. 😃
