@berntuna Landscape Architect is also very cool! My friends are committed as crazy - they'll go anywhere at any hour to attempt to rescue! Even though he's afraid of heights, the husband has scaled as high as 80 feet to rescue an injured bird even though it was so wounded it would inevitably succumb. He's custom built their aviaries and they both work like mavens, not only caring for the wounded and ill - avian flu has increased their workload - but also community education wherever & whenever

@berntuna Your beautiful boots are packed and ready for the postal service. The box they were stored in wasn't sturdy enough, so I had to get creative with something more durable for transit. It looks odd, but I think it will serve the boots well. It's at the 5# limit because the carton is so thick.
