@cobai hey, i still haven’t received my parcel. Usually, USPS leaves a key in my mailbox to retrieve large items placed in a separate lockbox. Unfortunately, I checked my mailbox yesterday and today, but no key. Could you please follow up with USPS on that?

@fabyanna hi there I’m sorry to hear that you have not received it. On my end and when I track USPS it says delivered. Maybe it will show up in a couple of days or perhaps it was taken to your front door since it was a big box. I will let Posh know since I can’t resolve it from here. I’m sure we will get it figured out and if it turns up please let me know.
