@ellashopschic hello dear I just received the shoes that I order and it's a completely different I receive a black flats is size 6 they're not even close to the white ones that I ordered please let me know what I can do about it because I really don't want this one's that I received and they are size 6 and I ordered a size 7 thank you

I think I have found the easiest way to resolve the shoe shipping error. I have two more pair size 7 of the correct shoe so we can get you the correct style and size. 1) You should contact Poshmark and let them know you were shipped the wrong item. They will credit your account. 2) Go to my listing and reorder. This will get a label to print on my end and I will triple check before I resend the next pair of shoes. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
