alexisr617 Hi @annmac18, I realized that today, I made a mistake on the Bond No.9 signature scent perfume listing that you purchased from me. I thought it was the biggest bottle, 3.4,but it's the 1.7. I will send it to you anyway today because I've already packaged it and have it ready to go. You can either accept it or send it back. I wanted you to be aware and I am so so sorry for any confusion this may have caused. The bottle is extremely full though and I hope you decide to keep it!

annmac18 @alexisr617 if the price I paid was for a bigger bottle and yojre actually sending a smaller bottle, are you discounting the ptice considering the smaller bottle actual price is cheaper?

alexisr617 @annmac18 I wouldn't go lower than 100 because it's been sprayed maybe twice. It stays in the box in my closet and doesn't get touched. The small bottle is 295 originally. Like I said, it's completely up to you. It's already been dropped off so you can either accept it or decline it, or maybe we do something where I could I give you the 25 extra dollars back? Just brainstorming!

alexisr617 Hi @annmac18 I contacted poshmark support and the response was: We see that the item has entered the USPS mail stream and is currently in-transit. Please note, we are unable to cancel or edit an order once it has been shipped. If the buyer has concerns or questions about their purchase, please have them reach out to us so we can better assist. I will try again once you have received the item or maybe we can both try that way it can be resolved quicker?

alexisr617 @annmac18 okay, I just got another updated response from them. Apparently you have to open up a case and state the situation. And the refund of 25 from me. I understand this more than what you bargained for, and I'm SO terribly sorry for this. Like I said, I'm more than willing comply, because it was my mistake. Ultimately it's up to you how you want to handle it.

I understand your frustration with shipment but I wanted you to personally know that I shipped your product the very next day. You purchased on 12/15 and USPS had it in possession on 12/16.
