Hi, I will accept your offer, but you need to know that Posh has prepaid shipping labels and is one fee for all regular packages up to I think 5lbs. Is not something we poshers decide unfortunately. As a matter of fact, is nice that you do not have to pay tax on top of the purchase. Shipping fee is one of the lowest for online shopping:)

I shipped your bag yesterday. Our rural post office has to deliver packages to Birmingham. It can take a day or so to get scanned. I received a message from Posh asking me to ship, but it's already gone out. Just wanted to give you an update. I marked it shipped yesterday, but Posh still sent me a message today. It's on its was to you.

Ms Anna, I was informed by poshmark that you opened a case , because the item was not what you had expected. I am so sorry and my heart was broken . I have not heard back from poshmark concerning what the issues were. I choose not to reach out to you as a form of respect to you our client. I have been giving the process an opportunity to workout and I assumed you wanted the funds back. Ms Anna at the end of the day, your satisfaction me so much more than you can imagine.

@tehajah ..No that's NOT the case. I received a pair of the PINK brand black glitter leggings so I contacted Poshmark saying I didn't receive the purse but a pair of leggings and that I still wanted the purse. They sent me a return label to ship the leggings back to you which I did. I got the purse on Saturday and since then I have been trying to accept the offer but as I mentioned above I keep getting an error message.

@adimaio444 oh no , I never mailed a pink legging to anyone . I have a pair of pink glitter pants on poshmark in my closet and it is still in my position. I have not mailed it off to anyone. I never received any returned package from you either. This is rather bizarre. Again I have never mailed off any pink leggings to anyone since being on poshmark. I mailed your item to the address on the label poshmark sent me, and it was the purse.

@coryheat at this point I don’t care. Poshmark customer service has been no help. They told me the same thing over and over and that is because I accepted the order there’s nothing they can do. So sadly my loss of money. I don’t want to waste my time on top of that. Thanks

@theclassylass Even if I wanted to return it I couldn't because Poshmark is difficult when it comes to returns. Once I accepted it I am doomed, there's no return with the way Poshmark handles it. I know this when I got stuck with a defective bag a few weeks ago. Maybe you can give me a credit or something.

@theclassylass Even the Seller requested the return but Poshmark will not allow it. It is so discouraging especially when the buyer gets stuck with defective products. I had to throw 2 of them in the trash.Very Frustrating!

I am sorry you are unhappy with your purchase of the leather Brighton bag for $8. I must have missed the flaws. I try my best to provide photos as well as a good description. I wish you would rejected the order this way you wouldn't be stuck with something you think is trash. I appreciate the feedback and will work harder on my end to be more observant of my items.

@tshann002 The purchase price was so low that it's OK for me to give it away. Returns are too much hassle and in the end you will end up loosing more money for a bag that's not worth it. The wear is so obvious that it's hard to miss so that's what baffles me. It's not like I had to go searching for any defects. Anyway it's done and I am out some money.
