alairdcraig Hi Anna, I ordered the oversized, black, Cashmere Garnet Hill Sweater from you on February 14, order #6029b441a2f48cfda423e0d6 and have not yet received it. I have been checking the tracking on my USPS account and it has been saying "Arriving Late" but those messages stopped on February 21. It says it departed the West Virginia post office on February 17 and then says 'Delivery date unknown." I realize that you have no control over this but wonder if there is a way to track it from your end. TY!
