It’s w/in your right to use the Case option when you think something isn’t as described (in this instance they were exactly as described) BUT as a matter of courtesy try reaching out to the Seller first? I’d have gladly worked w/you, no problem. But now it’s up to PM. This is the 1st case filed ever & it’s because you didn’t read the posting, clearly marked twice with all caps in the title & posting AND in the very 1st pic of the posting. Happy Poshing.
