rorinicole @bananastaxx Hi Anna, I shipped your jacket the same day that you purchased and the USPS tracking and Poshmark status shows up as delivered. Please do not rate me 1 star as a lost package is not my fault. You can file a lost package claim with USPS and they will conduct a search. If you email Posh support and let them know that the package is lost they will refund your money.
